This years Garden Day, which took place yesterday, 12th June 2019, was a huge success – despite the weather!
The school would like to extend a huge thank you to students, parents, grandparents, teachers, minders and everyone who came, baked, donated, bought and sold!
A special thanks has to go to Wendy Nairn for sharing her time and knowledge with the kids throughout the year and for coming along yesterday to help at the event and for imparting her in-depth gardening knowledge to one and all. Thanks too to all the parents and students who have tended the garden with Wendy throughout the year.
Garden Day is one of the highlights of the year in this great little school, and without the expert knowledge, generosity of time and energy and good-natured spirit, it wouldn’t happen – so thank you one and all!
