The children of Scoil Mhuire Réalt na Mara were delighted to come to school last Wednesday decked out in green, white and orange to celebrate our National holiday. Some children also chose to add blue and yellow to their outfits, in solidarity and support of the people of Ukraine. A collection was organised on the day and all monies raised will go towards Ukrainian families relocating to our local area.
Much fun was had celebrating St Patrick and many of the children were excited to take part in various parades representing their clubs, dance groups, and activities in towns and villages in the area.
